Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders (United States)
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days via USPS or UPS. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take additional time.
Free shipping thresholds and promotional rates, when available, apply to contiguous US orders only unless otherwise stated.
EU & European Orders
Orders shipped to the European Union and European Economic Area are typically delivered within the following timeframes from the date of dispatch:
- Western & Central Europe (AT, BE, DE, FR, IE, NL, ES, PT, DK, FI, SE, CZ, PL): 7–14 business days
- Southern Europe (IT, GR, CY, MT, LU): 10–18 business days
- Eastern Europe (BG, HR, EE, HU, LV, LT, RO, SK, SI): 12–20 business days
Customs clearance may add additional time. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, delays due to customs, carrier disruptions, or peak seasons are outside our control.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods without providing a reason. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
International Orders (All Other Countries)
International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination and carrier. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship on the estimated date listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately. See our Cancellations Policy for pre-order cancellation terms.
